Angelica Monroe brings over a decade of real estate experience to her role as Executive Director of Operations for Eric Lavey & Partners at Sotheby’s International Realty in Beverly Hills. She offers incalculable value to clients, seeing to every detail of a transaction from the initial listing to well beyond the close of sale. Serving both buyers and sellers, Angelica’s duties include preparing properties for sale, managing listings, strategizing marketing plans, negotiating on home repairs and managing escrows, while her in-depth knowledge of the contract process ensures each client has the directive needed to close a desirable deal. Additionally, she helps relocating clients throughout the moving process, from setting up utility accounts to hiring security services. Her attention to detail, concierge-level service and nuanced knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles market elevate the buying and selling experience for all clients of Eric Lavey & Partners.
A member of the team since 2016, Angelica holds both real estate and mortgage loan licenses. She began her real estate career in 2012 in loan modifications, quickly quadrupling her office’s submission rate. This experience honed her impeccable time management skills, empathetic-driven approach to service and in-depth knowledge of the contractual process on every level.
A Los Angeles native, Angelica earned her degree in psychology, with a focus on counseling. The youngest of four children in a close-knit family, Angelica has resided in West Hollywood since 2012. When not serving clients of Eric Lavey & Partners, Angelica loves live music, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Specializing in first-time homebuyers, emerging markets and luxury leasing across Greater Los Angeles, Garrett brings his passionate, enthusiastic energy and in-depth local market knowledge to the team. Clients of Eric Lavey & Partners value Garrett’s detailed expertise on each distinct neighborhood, whether they are realizing their dream of homeownership for the very first time or relocating to the area.
Garrett goes above and beyond to ensure clients are comfortable through every step of the transaction process, from carefully curating a collection of available properties to match their needs to the final close of escrow. His clients benefit from the industry insight and analysis he gains from team leader and top agent Eric Lavey. Garrett also collaborates with Executive Director of Operations Angelica Monroe to ensure a smooth transaction process and provide seamless move-in services.
Currently residing in West Hollywood, Garrett was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. He attended the University of Arizona, where he studied Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Architecture, as well as played on the rugby and lacrosse teams. Prior to his career in real estate, Garrett spent over ten years playing competitive sports and working for the Phoenix Suns—experience that helped hone his communication skills and unwavering drive. When not touring real estate with clients, Garrett can be found nurturing his passion for exercise, spending time outdoors and relaxing with his wife and their puppy, Leo.
Chase Hoyt brings a forward-thinking perspective in his role as Leasing Specialist on the Eric Lavey & Partners team at Sotheby’s International Realty in Beverly Hills. Leveraging his diverse business background to represent clients seeking short-term housing plans, Chase utilizes his local market expertise and unique ability to find rare properties first to instinctively match clients with their ideal homes. His nuanced understanding of luxury leases paired with a hard-working, motivated personality allows Chase to deliver the same white-glove services often reserved for buying or selling luxury properties, which has further enhanced his ability to close transactions of any size.
Chase is guided by the desire to help his clients become real estate investors, hoping to enhance their financial destiny through the acquisition of a strategic residential portfolio. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2002, Chase has expanded his neighborhood knowledge to include prime areas stretching from Silver Lake to West Hollywood, Hancock Park to Hollywood Hills, Santa Monica to the South Bay.
Before real estate, Chase served as the co-founder and CEO of four start-up companies, one of which landed the tenacious negotiator on the popular television show Shark Tank for a head-to-head negotiation with Mark Cuban and Kevin O’Leary. Prior to his on-screen debut, Chase attended University of Arizona, gaining a degree in Business Administration and Management.
